The Sunday Standard, our in-house line of skincare, body care, and wellness products, was launched in 2018 in response to our shop founder Emma's desire to create the skincare line she'd always dreamed of - one that would help to heal her painful, cystic acne at a cellular level, rather than simply minimize her current breakout while she waited for the next one to (inevitably) appear.

Formulated to provide the skin with the nutrients it needs to function optimally, and without the use of harsh hormone-disrupting ingredients, The Sunday Standard offers products that work to support the skin's lipid barrier, normalize the skin's natural oil production, reduce the occurrence of active breakouts, minimize and fade blemishes, and support healthy skin aging.

Our products are formulated with breakout-prone skin in mind, but work wonderfully to support healthy skin of all types through our gentle, non-comedogenic oil-based skincare system.

The Sunday Standard products are produced weekly in small-batches at our Chicago-based cosmetics studio, located behind our Armitage Avenue storefront.

Amazing Scent!

I received a free sample of this and am now OBSESSED! I can't get enough of the scent and the oil absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy feeling. One of the best body oils I have used and I can see this being a year round staple.

Winter must have

I love this body oil for my dry skin, especially during the winter months. I apply it before drying off in the shower and massage it onto my wet skin. It smells amazing and doesn’t leave you greasy at all. It has really helped the KP bumps on my arms and legs as well.

Simply Luxurious

I have a been a fan of The Sunday Standard since I first discovered the facial oils at a local boutique here in Milwaukee. It wasn’t until I bought the entire collection when I truly started noticing a difference in my skin & I started to gain confidence again. (In fact, my husband asked me why I hadn’t taken my makeup off the other night before bed and I had to tell him that I wasn’t wearing any ♡).

Although I had never used a body oil in my shower routine before, THIS body oil will now become a staple in my bathroom!

The first time I used this body oil was immediately after a fresh shave in the shower. Instead of drying off right away, I applied the oil onto my legs and let me tell you, I stepped out of that shower for the 6th year in a row and it felt like I was stepping out of a brand new luxurious spa somewhere 🧖‍♀️ Trust me, the next time I showered I was so excited to apply this oil that I didn’t stop at my legs, I took a 1/2 to a full dropper full on each of my arms, too!

Next on my list to try is the Sugar Scrub. Pretty soon my bathroom is going to look a little show room for The Sunday Standard 🥰
