Shipping policy
Orders are packed for shipment 5 days a week, Wednesday-Sunday from our Chicago shop. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 3 processing days for your order to be picked up from the shop and processed by the USPS. Mail that is packed on a Saturday or Sunday is often not picked up until Wednesday. Once in the transit system, most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 2 weeks of transit time.

^Please note that while we will do everything in our power to ensure that your Priority Mail packages are processed and passed to the USPS in a timely manner, we are not the postal service and we do not have control over transit times. We are not able to guarantee delivery dates and are not able to process shipping fee refunds for orders that do not arrive by any expected arrival date.
To check the status of an existing order, please log into your account. Under "Order History", click on the order in question. From here you will be able to view your orders fulfillment status and package tracking information (once available).
We offer FREE USPS First Class Package Shipping on all orders over $175; this discount will be automatically applied to qualifying carts. All orders that qualify for free shipping or are offered free shipping through a promotional code will be shipped utilizing the most cost-effective shipping method available for your order, regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.
Orders under $175 will be offered a choice between USPS First Class Package Shipping and USPS Priority Mail Package Shipping at checkout, as available based on your order size.
