Our Fruit Enzyme & Bamboo Exfoliating Powder transforms into a creamy exfoliating cleanser with just a few drops of water, working to gently polish and smooth the skin, clearing away pore-clogging debris and excess dead skin cells. 

This multi-active formula is made with both Bamboo Powder, a sustainable physical exfoliant made from dried bamboo sap that provides mild physical exfoliation, and Pineapple Enzymes, a natural source of bromelain - a gentle chemical exfoliant. Allantoin and Licorice Root provide skin-soothing comfort, reducing redness and sensitivity typically associated with exfoliation. 

This product comes packaged in a paperboard tube with a shaker-style top.

The Sunday Standard, our in-house line of skincare, body care, and wellness products, was launched in 2018 in response to our shop founder Emma's desire to create the skincare line she'd always dreamed of - one that would help to heal her painful, cystic acne at a cellular level, rather than simply minimize her current breakout while she waited for the next one to (inevitably) appear.

Formulated to provide the skin with the nutrients it needs to function optimally, and without the use of harsh hormone-disrupting ingredients, The Sunday Standard offers products that work to support the skin's lipid barrier, normalize the skin's natural oil production, reduce the occurrence of active breakouts, minimize and fade blemishes, and support healthy skin aging.

Our products are formulated with breakout-prone skin in mind, but work wonderfully to support healthy skin of all types through our gentle, non-comedogenic oil-based skincare system.

The Sunday Standard products are produced weekly in small-batches at our Chicago-based cosmetics studio, located behind our Armitage Avenue storefront.

This product is cruelty-free and vegan.

Shake a dime-sized amount of powder into palm and sprinkle with a small amount of water to activate. Using light pressure, gently massage lather into skin, rubbing in circular motions and avoiding the delicate eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use 2-3x weekly. Store in a cool, dry place.
