Using a cosmetic spatula, scoop 1 teaspoon of balm onto fingertips and massage into dry skin, allowing the balm to melt into a liquid oil. Continue to gently massage for 1-2 minutes, allowing the cleanser time to break down makeup and dissolve excess oil and impurities from the skin. Splash face with lukewarm water and continue to massage as the cleanser turns from an oil to a milky texture; rinse clean. 

If practicing the double cleanse method, we recommend using the Superfood Cleansing Balm as the first step of your cleansing routine. 
Suitable for both AM and PM use; this product can be used for makeup removal on both face and eyes (discontinue use on eyes if irritation occurs). 

GOLDEN JOJOBA OIL, a liquid wax that closely resembles the oils naturally produced by the skin, works to deeply penetrate the skin to remove dirt and excess oil without stripping or drying.

CASTOR OIL, a gentle cleansing oil pressed from the seeds of the castor bean plant, is known for its ability to dissolve and sweep away impurities.

FRENCH GREEN CLAY is highly absorbent, and works in this clay mask to cleanse the skin by soaking up excess oils while ever-so-gently exfoliating the skin for a smoother, more youthful complexion.

SPIRULINA is a superfood powder that contains a full-spectrum of nutrient-rich vitamins and minerals, including chlorophyll, beta-carotene, proVitamin A, and a range of B Vitamins. Spirulina powder also contains loads of skin-loving lipids, enzymes, essential amino acids, and EPA fatty acids, making it a powerhouse addition to your daily skincare routine. 

PETITGRAIN, an essential oil steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of the bitter orange tree, is said to encourage a balance in the skin’s natural sebum levels. For those with oily skin, petitgrain oil may reduce excess sebum production, leaving skin that is well balanced and hydrated.

I’ve been using this stuff for upwards of 5-6 years and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. Anytime my skin is feeling textured or grimy, I give it a good scrub with this cleansing balm and my skin feels brand new. I love the smell, too! It makes me feel luxurious and it’s a treat for my skin ✨

Picked this up pretty recently, and after one use could feel the difference. Leaves your skin feeling incredibly hydrated and with such a lovely improved texture. Emma gave me a little tutorial of how to use it when I was in the store, which was incredibly helpful and now I’m so happy to have this a part of my nightly routine.

Unclogged my pores more than I even thought possible!

This is my second review of anything, the first being the Restorative night oil. Sunday Standard you are amazing!! I couldn't believe how much this improved my skin in just two uses. Unclogging and minimizing the size of my pores, in a very gentle way, like no other product I've tried. I am so impressed by the natural ingredients and the transparency of what goes into your products. Thank you for the descriptions of the action of each one. After years of searching I have found my forever skin care line, thank you so much!

Miracle Cleanser

I LOVE this cleansing balm. I suffered from acne most of my life, and my skin truly looks its best in years. I pair this with the Vitamin C mask a few times a week. I also double cleanse by following this cleansing balm with a water-based probiotic cleanser, followed by a chemical exfoliant, niacinamide, and sunscreen. I currently have no acne and only use tinted moisturizer for makeup. Thank you for making this!
