Thank you for your review. I did want to take an opportunity to address this issue here, and note that we have not actually received your return back to our store yet. According to the tracking, the package is still in San Francisco. Once we do receive it, rest assured, you will be refunded in full, minus the cost of return shipping, in accordance with our return policy.
As to the issue regarding potentially damaged product, your original return request did not state anything about the item being received in damaged condition. You noted that you did not like the color of the product, and that you did not think it appeared to match the color of the photo online. While we understand that it's frustrating to receive a product that isn't what you'd hoped for, we are not able to control the exact color that an item appears on your individual computer monitor. We've done all that we can to ensure that the color aligns well online with how we perceive it in person, but as we are unable to control color perception across individual monitors worldwide, we are not able to bypass our standard return policy for this reason alone.
I understand that this may be frustrating and I apologize that you have not had the return experience that you were hoping for.
