Rub the cream into your hands—onto your palms, the back of your hands, and through your fingers. Dab a bit extra on pulse points: onto your wrists, sides of your neck, in your elbows.

Breathe into your hands, and exhale awareness through scent: Look up and out—what do you see? Touch—what do you feel? Taste—what’s on your tongue? Listen—what do you hear?

Continue to inhale and exhale 2–3 times. Revisit as needed throughout your day.
