ABOUT Phasey

Phasey founder Asha got her period at age thirteen, then promptly tied her sweatshirt around her waist, put her pads in her pencil case, and spent the next 15 years trying to forget about it. Turns out that didn’t work.

After an unplanned series of period disasters and reproductive adventures, Asha hopped in her Delorean, became friends with her period, learned that it vibed well with certain foods. Thankfully, one of those was chocolate.

Then she created Phasey.

Asha Carroll is a 3x natural foods entrepreneur, educator, and holistic nutritionist with a background in marketing, politics, and opera singing. Her favorite phase is follicular.
